Dressing for success

I feel that people should be judged by how they dress, but not how they naturally look like.

A person's dress style says a million words about that person. Like, is that person prim and proper, and neat and organised in whatever he or she does, or is that person a complete slacker, never bothering to do his or her work to the best, or even doing it. From one's dress style, the employer will be able to know the person's character, and whether or not he or she will do well in the work he or she is presented with.

However, the reason why one should never judge how someone else looks naturally is because that person has no chance to edit it. (Plastic surgery is not counted, for it is not natural.) You cannot blame someone for being obese, for it might be hereditary. You cannot blame someone for being ugly, for it is not their wish to be so.

In fact, employers should employ those that are "fat" or "ugly", for they have confidence in themselves, unlike other "fat" and "ugly" people. Confidence in oneself is important, otherwise, you will never get a thing done.

However, sadly, most employers do not think the way I do. Perhaps there is a point in which i missed which those employers caught and held on to?
